At my wife's previous job, they were looking to fill a position that reported to her. She works in IT so it goes without saying a lot of her colleagues are Indian. Well, one day she came in and her boss and two co-workers- all Indians- were standing around a computer looking at a Wiki page and giggling like schoolgirls. My wife asked them what was going on and they showed her the Wiki and asked her if that was the guy she interviewed earlier in the week. She said it looked like him. It turned out that the guy was on the Indian National Team and also played for the Rajasthan Royals. My wife's boss is a HUGE cricket fan and they hired the cricketeer. Anyway, this guy was on the selection committee for Team USA.

Don't take it personally.

USA Cricket is pretty much India West. Id be shocked if there were more than 1 or 2 actual white Americans on the team. If the USA decided that they wanted to play the sport they would cream everyone. Imagine a 7'-1" Shaq type bowling to some 5'4" dude from the sub-continent. Pakistan has been and will be the most undisciplined team in the game when overseas. These guys are not allowed to do anything during the home seasons but when they get out of the country they are like 19 year old US sailors during port call.
