JORGE POSADA has always been one of my favorite ballplayers, and I honor his superior long term excellence with this "Shoutout."

JORGE POSADA was a great Champion, will always be a great Champion, and is truly a Glorious New York Yankee.

Saw a story on him a number of years ago on Real Sports. Seemed like a really nice guy. He has a handicapped
or special needs kid and does a lot of charity and volunteer work. Hope he can hook up with another team if
he still wants to play, just a natural leader.

The son of Jorge Posada has a condition in which, I believe, his skull formed abnormally. The young man has undergone many surgeries for this.

I very much wish that Jorge Posada could continue playing for The Glorious New York Yankees. Alas, his skills have diminished and his time is done. That being said, I hope that Jorge Posada ends up on another roster and knocks out a ton of big base hits.

Except for that whole refusing to play earlier this year because they had him batting 8th.

I hope the Sox can follow the Yankee lead in allowing a formerly great player to break from the team with good feelings intact.

He even went on American Chopper and had the guys build a yankee bike which was auctioned off to raise money for a charity benefiting children with the same condition as his son.
