Harbaugh took over a terrible football team that had 2 lousy coaches before him, Mike Nolan & Mike Singletary. With the same roster that Nolan & Singletary had, Harbaugh has completely turned the Niners program around & has them at 8-1, having won 8 in a row. The Niners will have a chance at home field advantage throughout the playoffs once the Packers get beat, which will happen. Coaching matters, & Harbaugh can coach. |

The team already had very good players. Congrats, Jim Harbaugh, on not being as inept as Mike Singletary... |

I did. Your thoughts are usually very very stupid so I don't read many of your posts. You just happened to start a thread here, so I read it. I expected some very very stupid content, and I was not let down. Good work. |

Your just upset that I was right about Harbaugh. The guy can flat out coach & lead. People hate Jim Harbaugh but they don't know why. "Hes an asshat" they say. Guess what, so is almost every other head football coach in the NFL. I have come around on Lovie. Every year the Bears get to a point where you think they are done, & somehow they redeem themselves. Lovie isnt a great game day coach, but he deserves credit for holding the team together & winning with the worst draft picks in the NFL. I wonder what Lovies Bears would do if the Bears had a real GM who knew what the hell he was doing? |

Very level-headed way of looking at things and I agree with you. I've been saying this for years. Lovie is a very good coach. Not great. Not legendary. But very good. |

i do think that the 9ers had the most talent in the division and just needed a competent coach. harbough's proven that he can. but i don't buy into the first year head coach coach of the year thing a whole lot. see what happens when he's got his own guys and when the division improves. he's got no competition in that division this year. |

But then when it's pointed out that he has come around and given lovie credit for doing a very good job with inferior talent, frank wants to claim he doesn't read many of Scorehead's posts. ![]() As far as the shoutout...well deserved! |

Yesterday's game vs. the Giants was one of those games I thought the 49ers would lose and lose badly. Had it not been for an OT loss in Week #2 to the Cowboys, the 49ers would be unbeaten right now...Seriously. So far, Jim Harbaugh has done an outstanding job already putting his stamp on the Niners in his rookie season as head coach and is without question the NFC's Coach of the Year. This despite the fact the Niners also play in a rotten division where the Seahawks, Rams & Cardinals all blow. |
