there are definitely bouts with insomnia i've had in which i wish i had something like that to get me to sleep but i'm always fearful of either waking up groggy, oversleeping, or getting addicted. i think i may just be too neurotic to take sleeping medicine. |

I don't sleep too much so I tried this starting this fall. First time I took two of them, the next morning I was still in kind of a zombie type state. I only take them when I really need to but overall I approve this shoutout. |

i hear it also depends when you take it, right? like if you take it right when you're going to bed, it's fine...but if you don't take it until the middle of the night, you're still feeling the effects into the next day. guess it makes sense. |
