I just found out that I have free use of a ton of health clubs and workout facilities because of my insurance.I am using the local Y for free now because of it. Check out silversneakers.com You put in your state then it tells you what insurances participate in the program.Simply contact your insurance company see if you are in it. Then you put in your information and it tells you what facilities in your area you can use for FREE! |
