You could probably bump it in June.

That's true.

They'll already have 45 wins by June 30.

Here's how this works, Sox fans...

April: Good!
May: Decent
June: Slumping
July: What happened to June numbers?
August: Swingannamiss!
September: Tired because Japan plays less games
October: Not a consideration.

Word on the street is that you're an old man.

I am to old to fight, we will just drink.

Not a fan of Terry's Peeps at all--mark my words, I'll have him banned by the next Diwali--but 7.5 years later, this was a pretty good call.

Shoutout also to the folks at Apple: When I typed in Diwali, that red line that tells you you misspelled a word did not appear. This is HUGE. I wonder if Eid is on the list? Yes! Hell yes! What about Rosh Hashanah, for Christianity's whiniest and least athletic sect? That works, too. Let's look at a normal religion--say, Roman Catholicism. How about The Feast of St. Hedwig?

Nope, that didn't make it. Interesting.

My wife usually wears a salwar kameez to work during Diwali. Her Indian co-workers think it's cool, but I'm sure college kids call it "cultural appropriation".
