i would think losing your head coach and draft picks is enough incentive to stop any team from doing this in the future

More like you need to pick a lane with your banning and pruning. Other people have said far worse things (both on and off the board) and you've let them continue on and on as if nothing happened. Juggs, Jimmy Reardon, maybe even Panther (maybe others, these were just off the top of my head) all should have been banned or at least suspended for a bit. To my knowledge, this did not happen.

You are the one who needs to pick a lane, sir. If you're gonna ban "one guy for multiple offenses" you need to ban others who are multiple offenders as well. Its your board, so if you choose to ban you do. Again, its your call. I just wish you would be consistent.

Kudos for deleting most of the political threads so far.
