| Post subject: | Baseballs other comeback team |
We've been hearing about the Pirates and deservedly so all season. But quietly the Orioles are back in the thick of things. They haven't been to the postseason since 1997. I dated an Orioles fan for 2 years and we remain friends. He is really excited and says this is completely unexpected. It would be nice if both they and the Pirates make the playoffs. Nice to see some fresh blood in there. |

why the hell does everything have to be about someone you "know" just curious i'm convinced you really don't have any friends or know anyone and are just laying, bed ridden, on a pee-stained mattress with piles of garbage surrounding you and swarms of flies and maggots circling overhead |

CGS would never admit it, but she does these things in posts to raise her self-esteem. Not that there's anything wrong with that...it's just that it's so blatantly obvious. I know, because I've done it on this board before back when I was feeling low. It's pretty annoying though, as I'm sure it annoyed folks when I used to do it. Bagels made a good point in his post.
