My son was chosen this past week at a home game for his school- he had to make a layup, free throw, three and half court shot in 25 seconds for $10,000 (about a semester's tuition). He made the layup, missed one FT, hit the second, hit his first three, then airballed the half-court shot dead on the rim as the buzzer sounded. He was stoked, but won nothing. He really could use the cash, but is enjoying the campus celebrity |
