Alfreda Clark and Mary Baggett saved a 10 year old boy on Thursday morning, from a 57 year old man (George Graves) who was attempting to kidnap him. While surveying empty lots, they saw the little boy ducking between 2 abandoned buildings. They drove over to where the boy was hiding and saw that he was in fear and asked if he was alright. The boy told the women he was being chased by Graves and went on to positively ID the man from the safety of the vehicle the women were driving in)before the 2 city workers called 911. Graves who has a criminal history, was in cutody within minutes.
