I missed the part you claim to be humor I guess? Just a guy pulling up at a light and sees a camera, looks into it and thats the end? Is there a part II? |

I don't know if Shia's staredown is "hilarious," but I like the fact that he was non-verbally communicating his opinion that the motorcyclist is an asshole--given his reckless driving. |

I'd think the raw video of his actions in a Walgreen's downtown would be more hilarious than this. |

How exactly was he putting others in danger? |

How exactly was he putting others in danger? Typical asshole motorcyclist. I wished three of them to meet the back of a semi on my drive to the city Saturday afternoon. |

How exactly was he putting others in danger? Yeah, that clip shows a lot more - including how LeBeouf got a little road-ragey and changed lanes to catch up with the guy, including using/blocking the right turn lane. I don't know how some riders do it, but lane splitting is legal in CA. |

How do you know he didn't turn? So, do you admit that was a douchebag motorcyclist? Furious Styles wrote: I don't know how some riders do it, but lane splitting is legal in CA. It's style dangerous. I just hope that any motorcyclists who gets in an accident while lane splitting is 100% at fault.

His truck was in the far left lane and, within short order, he's in the right-turn lane staring down the motorcyclist. He's too busy staring him down to notice the light change. If he was turning right, he was holding up traffic. Just another self-absorbed person out on the road. I wouldn't do it if I lived in CA, but it's legal. |

Post subject: | Re: SHIA LABEOUF |
Actually, how he was doing it was probably illegal even in CA. CA allows it if you are being "safe". You aren't allowed to swerve between lanes like he did and I doubt that doing it in a turn lane would be considered safe either given the amount of traffic. So, do you think he was a douchebag motorcycle driver? Do you see anything wrong with how he was driving? |

So, do you think he was a douchebag motorcycle driver? Do you see anything wrong with how he was driving? Look at Boilermaker Rick, researching CA lane-splitting! You can probably drill deeper and find out what the rule is for speed differential - I think CA recently defined this and gave instances for what constitutes unacceptable lane-splitting behavior. Not sure exactly what you mean by "swerve between lanes" and I have neither the time nor inclination to slow the video down and go all Zapruder with analysis. If he was swerving in FRONT of cars, then yes, I would think he's as big a douche as any other car/truck/SUV/minivan that does it. Darwinism will sort it out for a motorcyclist much more so than the others. |

He's in the middle lane, and then very quickly he's in another lane. You just don't want to.Furious Styles wrote: Darwinism will sort it out for a motorcyclist much more so than the others. I just hope the driver of the other car doesn't have to give him a dime.
