Post subject:  Bleacher Karma
At Cubs game on Monday. Get to the bleachers early with Niece and Nephew,friends/neighbors/etc, for BP. Kids love getting the balls.

We set up in the back row (to lean on the fence) and mark the seats we are using with baseball gloves/hats/etc. Any idiot knows, these are our seats.

A guy sitting 5 rows in front of us, determines after an hour that the seats we took are better than his seats without anything to lean on.

So he comes up and walks right up to one of our seats and lifts up the glove and asks, "Is this yours?"

I look at the guy and ask him if it is his first game? He says "No, but I had to ask, because you arent sitting there."

I cant believe I am going to get into with this moron. Either he is amazingly stupid or just being an asshole.

Then Harry and the baseball gods intervened with a line drive HR that nailed this guy in the back!!!!!

Which ended our conversation! :lol:

Plenty of room today. just 20,000,lowest crowd since 2002.

Traded 4 Club Box for 8 Bleachers with a ticket broker, but I think they are about $20 for these games now

Amazing, as a yute I got a ball from Jerry Morales and Lee Smith. I cherished these things on a shelf in my room.

My nephew collects them and uses them for BP! Its likes they think going to a game entitles them to a ball or 6!

We got 8 balls on Monday

When I spent many a game in the bleachers, we always got there early and placed our stuff on the seats in front of us. Waited till some cute girls showed up and then gave them the seats! veteran move
