That really hasn't been proven. It has been proven that he saw it but for a number of reasons they couldn't charge him with murder. It doesn't mean he didn't do it.

No it hasn't. It would be difficult to prove it when evidence was destroyed and with eye witnesses having loyalty to Lewis.

I thought Ray just helped them cover it and destroy all the evidence. I always thought the murder charge was a game theory/prisoner's dilemma to get him to flip on his boys.
