Someone just called in with Scorehead's train of thought regarding the season. Mully's response was "I knew the Bears defense was soft but I didn't know their fanbase was"

I liked the guy who was interviewed by Adam Hog in that "man on the street" segment at the game yesterday. "I'm from Glenview-Winnetka, that area". What the fuck does that mean? That you're from Glenview and you wish you were from Winnetka? Maybe it's like being a Packers-Bears fan.

Heard it as well!!!

Hate to break it to the man, Glenview is not Winnetka. Sure there are a some nice houses, like in many suburbs, but Glenview has some streets that havent seen paving since 1979! lol

Its even funny the guy needed to preface his statement with where he lives as it makes it a more educated statement...lol

You need a statement of which your very general area of residence qualifies you to make such a statement,

"I am from Harvey-Chicago Heights, so I know what a gun is"

You North Shore kids are so mean to your West-of-Edens brethren. Northbrook may not send kids to New Trier, but they're more real, and that's what counts.

Two of the best sporting events of any year are the New Trier-Evanston basketball game and the Glenbrook North-Glenbrook South hockey game. I don't know why Douchebag can't see that. Don't hate high school sports!

My uncles played hockey for Glenbrook South. I'll have to ask them if they ever still go to the games.

Just that game. For whatever reason, it's important. It's bigger than GBN-GBS football or hoops. You can hardly get into the game whether it's at Glenview or Northbrook.

Freshman year of high school I went to a Marist- Mt Carmel game and a fight on ice spilled over into the crowd.

I still have a piece of the bed sheet MC flag made by the caravan.

Met some of my best friends that night too. Nothing bonds men like a group fight.
