Everytime I walk in I've been able to just walk up to the register. That location has their shit together.

last week,my wife spent 12 bucks on a turkey sub from "Jersey Mikes". It was a little bigger than a Subway footlong with much less ingredients. I was shocked!

The best thing at Jimmy John's is the Gargantuan. Half of that sandwich is enough for one person. They sell their day old bread for 50 cents a loaf, which is a good way to make your own sandwich for cheap.

For the record, Firehouse Subs is considered some to be better than both Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's by some because of the meat quality. Firehouse also has the Coke Freestyle machines.

Gave that place two shots -- first was maybe two weeks after they opened in Danada -- had some roast beef sub and while everything tasted OK, I had a piece of gristle the size of a golf ball in there. Second time, I got whatever, and they lost the order. Not really looking to give a third chance to a place charging $10+ bucks for a sandwich when I can go elsewhere for similar crap. For $10+ bucks, I will go to Schmaltz's or some other independent place.
