Yeah, we won our league championship tonight at Poplar Creek bowl and I had a 227, 246, 217=690 series. That's how it done boys... |

So perhaps in light of the fact that I have not been Bowling for a "long time" and only Bowl this year once a month, it's not unreasonable to feel pretty good about a 690 series. I'd also like to give a shoutout to my bowling team. We took 2 of 3 yesterday when I finished out the 3rd game anchoring with 5 strikes to win by 3 pins. Nice job, team! |

Why you seem to think it's less impressive that someone has a 690 series when they only bowl once a month is beyond my understanding. I think it's a lot easier to bowl well, when you bowl multiple times per week, rather than so seldom. But I'm sure it has more to do with wanting to try to avoid giving any credit for an exceptional night Bowling. But anyone with any sense knows it's easier to do well when you bowl more often than very seldom. |
