Credit where credit is due...

Nice job making a segment and collecting or making interviews about why the RB position is dying in football.

I was in getting ready for my IRS ass pounding (nothing like waiting til the last minute) during that segment, but I was enjoying his segment on road tripping for games on the drive home.

Keep LoHo in the evening slot and he's just fine.

Me and some others have said that before. He is just fine here.

I've always held that position as well. I like him when he's solo and being himself at night. As soon as I hear his name on a day shift, PTFB.

He's not terrible solo.

Wasn't this an actual story by a media source that did the research and did this segment?

Yet, you guys are giving him credit for it?

You might enjoy it, but I heard some draft guys last week on THE GAME focusing on this as a story they did with research to support the numbers.

Yeah he sort of admitted he was bundling prior info. He is losing me here right now. Late drafting of a RB? Dummy you just said they are worthless and are released and all over the place. You pick up a back up RB off the street.

I didn't know there needed to be a citation on "going to a road game with your buddies"

I have no idea what that means,

but it's an existing story, with existing interviews, that someone gives him credit for making into a segment?

I haven't heard him in quite some time, but I think he did that all the time. Took a topic he hears somewhere else, thinks he has some angle on it that is new and fresh and goes with it.

Personally, I would think you have free reign over a night time show and the best you came up with in 8 years (Ok, I dont know how long) is hater wed, ask herb and the peoples hour?

That's two more bits than every other show on the station combined has come up with in over a decade.

At his current salary, that's 1.4 million per bit.

I liked that he was in for transition with Dan and Terry at 5:45 even though they were transitioning to All Bear Assholes and his show would not start for more than an hour afterwards.

Sir is this generation's Les.

Like I said, glad he created it.

Jeeez, bigfan.

Why does it bother you so much that people are enjoying Laurences work?

I think I even stated "Enjoy it" in a previous post, just don't give him credit for something he didnt create.

Did someone say he "created" anything?

I think he was congratulated on a segment.

That seems to really get your goat, huh?

"Nice job making a segment and collecting or making interviews about why the RB position is dying in football."

Per Pitt Mike

My goat is fine, I have done my job, I just pointed out many others have done this story way before Mr Leary collected others info.

Now ASK HERB, that's Jenius!

So you've never enjoyed someone doing something they themselves didn't "create"?

You're being hypocritical. It's ok. I sort of understand. But it may be time to bury the hatchet...

Uh oh, Mully & Hanley were talking Sox attendance and Hawks playoffs today. They certainly did NOT create those topics! Better start bashing them, bigfan!

 This is really bad, even for you.

bigfan hates when anything positive is said about Laurence. Anything.

I mean, he's bashed constantly around here but the moment someone says something nice about a guy that may or may not have seen the extended hand of bigfan, he goes ape shit.

While I am a bit skeptical of the story of Little Orphan Annie being starring an African American cast, I am willing to give it a shot.

I think everyone should meet at Krazy Ivans house and fully enjoy the Leary hour together.

If someone started a thread giving M&H credit for something, someone else would have already done, I would be happy to point out the shortcomings of the highest rated morning show in Chicago sports talk radio history.

Remember, just don't make fun of M&H, because that's what really hurts the most.
