I was planning on putting out cinnamon and sugar to use on the corn as a choice instead of salt and forgot.

Yeah. That's what I do.
I soak the corn for 30 minutes before it hits the grill for more steam cooking.
Got some awesome corn from Krueger farm Saturday. Fresh as hell.

Kellers Farm has fantastic sweet corn. Rt 30 & Rt 126. $5 a dozen.
