For heart stopping, likely award winning coverage on the latest Manziel story about his finger. It's not injured or anything boring like that, but Manziel's non football finger dexterity is juicy enough to lead with it on the home page. If ESPN ever created an ESPY for journalism, this story right here would be the inaugural winner for sure.

Between showing up late for practice last Monday, the middle finger last night and the shitty performance he also gave, this seems to be going well.

Matt Bowen claiming his arm isnt strong enough for the NFL last night.

Hearing that doesn't surprise me either.

The guys best play is a broken play. Not sure he makes it in a set offense.

One day he will be a backup and come in and win games and the craze will start again.

before that happens he might get flattened

When I first saw him, I really liked him, but now it is to the point I just want him to go away.

I hope not. Going to Cleveland for Browns/Raiders. I want to see him start by then.

I don't see how you could put him out there as the starter, and I know Hoyer was bad to last night.

They should be between 1-5 and 2-4 by that game.

Nobody could have seen this coming

I'm watching the game last night thinking that JFF and RGIII are the same type of QB. It's just that RGIII is faster and has a bigger arm.
I'm gonna love watching this guy "play"....

Unless you are 5 years old, does the middle finger thing even matter?

Yes, yes it does.

Unless you are under age, are you shocked by Janet Jackson's boob?

Like most of us, he is supposed to be a professional in his field.

DB, today while you are selling frozen pizzas, flip off some of your clients. See how that goes over.

It shows he is letting the other team get into his head.

He is the new Ryan Leaf.

Johnny Manziel is one of the best stories in recent NFL history.

He's either going to be great and it will be awesome or he is going to be terrible and it will be awesome.

Also, Matt Bowen is wrong that his arm isn't strong enough for the NFL. If he fails, it will be for reasons other than his arm.

Has there ever been a high draft pick like Manziel who didn't really even care about the money because he already has more than he would need for his lifetime? I'm having a hard time even coming up with a former players son who was both good and already well off.

Nope. Family is from Cleveland so I've been to a few Browns games. They have this concept foreign to many Chicagoans.....tailgating.

20 bucks gets any vehicle in at 7am and you can have as much space you want reasonably speaking!

i read a story i think on deadspin yesterday that jerry jones' kid had to physically remove the JFF card on draft night so he wouldnt take him at #16... can you imagine the circus had he gone to dallas?

from what i've seen the last two weeks he is no where near ready to run an NFL offense... if the first read isnt open he puts his head down starts to dance and runs around like an idiot.... that shit may have worked in college... it isnt going to work in the nfl...

and FWIW, i think cleveland has a chance to be monumentally bad this year

You have to tailgate.

It takes three hours to get out of there after a game.

That's ok. The concept of "winning" seems to be foreign to Clevelanders who weren't alive to see Bob Feller pitch.
