Abattacola is just brutally awful...he shouldn't be allowed to touch the mic. On the level of awfulness, Abattacola is barely better than Larry.

"IF" they let these guys have a night time show and see how it works, then when you have a vacancy, you can move a good show into the slot. Instead you keep leary there, poor management.

Today has been the best show since Mac left. They have good chemistry, which Rosen doesn't seem to find important usually.

My family is full of drunks/addicts/mentally ill people. I got no particular beef with them. I needed a common thread to tie them together and as they are both drunks it worked. I dont think Grote is an asshole or I would have said Two assholes.

What's happening? Simple. Mitch is fucking with everybody just for the hell of it.

His days are boring for the most part. He comes in. Listens to 3 shows. Tries very hard not to talk to any of the talent or producers. Goes home.

When an opportunity like this comes along, he likes to amuse himself. Likes to get all of the backups thinking it's theirs. Wants it to go on for a long time. Then he'll make a pick and enjoy when the losers are crying and bitching. Then Mitch will go back to his normal days.

I still think it's Rozner.

I caught a bit of today and it was definitely better than any Spiegel combination. No parody songs warms the heart.

That said, these two sound too much alike. The Score needs fewer generic white guys, there might be a few other ethnic groups in the Chicago area that watch sports. With boring generic honkeys like Grote, Abbatacola, Randazzo, and Larry running around the Score is the whitest thing in Chicago this side of the Bulls.

There is no good reason why Mitch has yet to announce the new midday team. For God sakes, Mac was gone for what, 8 weeks? That's plenty of time to make a decision. I too hope its Rozner, but honestly...as long as Grimace is part of the team the show will suck. I did enjoy Drinky & Grote much more than any team that includes Meat.
