biggie had temporarily lost the board to good ol' KS in a veritable low-stakes-poker-match of legal wits. however with KS being KS biggie was able to remind him that he knows where the bodies are buried (or at least the body of the original johngy) and KS had to acquiesce....

...but not before good ol' KS tapped his bought councilman les whinen to contact his erotic lawyer to legally pursue that dignified rube smarmystein, aka dannyb, for violating their posting freedumb. ain't that america?!?! LAND OF THE FREE!

but then biggie stood up and then good ol' KS realized that he's called bigfan because the dude is like 6'6" and not exactly manute-bol-girthy. being almost exactly johngy-sized, good ol' KS then headed for the hills, never to return again without his 7 proxies.

TL;DR = the lawsuit failed. the temporary injunction/suspension was lifted, and we live to post another day stronger than never ever before because now SHARK's back and that means we have three more seals to go until it's fullblown apocalypse (the return of degenerate dave); stay tuned true believers!
