Just yesterday, his handprints and footprints finally* can now be found outside Grauman's Chinese Theater (or whatever they call it now). Also, he wore a prosthetic additional finger on his left hand as well because ... well, it's Mel
Brooks he can do what he damn well wants.

* - apparently one has to pony up $$$ to get these, which precludes an otherwise obvious concurrent DBotW nomination.

He was on Conan Monday night and still wearing the finger. Celebrating 40th anniversary of Young
Frankenstein coming out on Blu-Ray. Never seen that movie, I should probably do myself a favor and
check it out.
