Problem with her analysis is nothing Rahm's doing will prevent bankruptcy either. Chicago's fucked and little this side of a Federal bankruptcy proceeding will un-fuck it. Rahm as Hillary's VP is DOA. Rahm facing a run-off hints at progressives in the Democratic party tiring of same-old, same-old; might bring President Elizabeth Warren into the campaign to challenge Hillary in the primaries. |

Reduction of operating deficits are how you restructure debt on favorable terms.....but lets re-open some of the shit day care schools and spend more money we dont have and throw it down the hole. |
