Two years ago I had the pulled pork nachos at Bacardi at the Park....er State of Illinois Beer Garden.....er ChiSox Bar & Grill.

It was good! I recommend it.

Depends on what the taco meat is. Ground beef? Steak? Chicken?

I'm assuming ground beef. I expecting nothing less from the guy who puts ketchup on steak.

The make or break ingredient in nachos for me is the cheese. I don't want to order them, and see cheese that was in a can all over the plate. Doesn't matter what the toppings are at that point, its already ruined. I can get fake cheese with tortilla chips at Speedway. Gotta be real, shredded cheese melted on there.
