It's like they say to Mr. Wolf in pulp fiction: it's a pleasure to watch you work.

Coming into this deal I knew he was gonna be really really good and it was only a matter of when, so I thank the babe 4 giving me ~3wks of "warning track power" jokes and a nice slump down into the .260s while he was stuck on 17RBI, cuz good lord the pedantic cubs fans are acting like he's the ultimate validation of "the plan" or "the cubbie way" when in reality it's more like "how did 3 teams say no to him?" And staying the hell out of his way and letting him do his thing.

So yeah, it was fun to joke around for a few weeks but now it's go time and holy shit is this guy awesome. That opposite field double off of syndergaard is my personal favorite and now you look up and on a slow day he's 1-3 w/2runs like "this dude might have an era named after him"

I look forward to 15-20yrs of watching his career unless the cubs totally fuck this up or he finds a sprinkler out in the OF to fuck up his knee/career (JORR/WWN/JP get my reference at least!)

among other things, that hairy, mon chi chi looking fuck Rozner said with a straight face on hit and run that he could give the rest of the league a 30 game lead and still lead it in HR

Love the guys baserunning! he is never going to be a base stealer, to big to get the quick start, but when the legs get moving, he is covering some ground and he is looking for the extra base,

He's been great, he will steal bags..u see him getting out if the box n beating out fairly routine grounders?

He's been average at 3rd ..better suited for outfield ..he can fly
