Post subject:  mlb.com!
now when you're mlb.com and you're going to commission someone to write up an article about the inevitable cubs/mets trades, you don't wanna settle for anyone less than the best. you need someone who knows the game inside and out, you need someone with equal parts acumen, foresight, and of course residence in the real world.... all while never losing sight of the fundamental audacity needed when you DARE TO DREAM!

anyways i've now linked to the article twice, but the jist of it is...

The safe trade: SS Javier Baez for LHP Steven Matz

The fair trade: Starlin Castro or Addison Russell for RHPs Noah Syndergaard and Rafael Montero

The dream trade: Kris Bryant for Matt Harvey

soooo which, if any of these fine fine trades would you cubs fans go for? obviously #2, but i mean the guy who wrote it must be smoking something to think that the mets would give up their #1 pitching prospect for starlin castro..... i mean holy shit he has to be on drugs cuz it's not like he was the guy who traded scott kazmir for victor zambrano or anything.....

Syndergaard is the Mets' #1 pitching suspect.

Starlin is a 3 time All Star. And fills a huge Mets need.
