That's really overly simplistic. Labor is only a fraction of cost for most products when scale is considered. Beyond quality and shipping issues, the fact that management and oversight is complicated factors in. I'm actually seeing companies bringing production back to the U.S.

Of course labor is only a "fraction" of the cost when you are paying 12 cents an hour to child laborers.

My livelihood is 100% dependent on US manufacturing. I've heard of a few companies moving back, & I have a couple of large global OEM's who are moving a few production lines to the US, but this is by no means a trend.

It rang a little hollow to me. Obama was not raised in the black church, he just co-opted it in Chicago for political gain. It reminded me of the 2008 campaign where he was speechifying and making people pass out. I don't go for the stunts where we pretend he's Martin Luther King to make up for killing the real one. Just let him be his own person.
