Bryant is on pace to go 28/101 as a rookie that missed 3 weeks. Schwarber has 15 HRs, including 3 multi-HR games in 3 months and he doesn't even have a position Arrieta You kept Baez and he's hitting .313 Castro is some good trade bait now It's all coming up Milhouse. |

Triangulation of crossfire (Hoyer, McLeod & Rizzo), that's the key. That's the key. A diversionary shot (E Jax signing) gets the rest of MLB looking one way. Boom! Get the kill shot. (Arrieta being stolen from Baltimore) One man (Lemahieu we'll always remember you) has to be sacrificed. In the commotion, the job gets done. (Drafting of Bryant & Schwarber) |

Here's a couple of Arrieta tidbits for your post ... he's only given up 3 runs in his last 8 starts ... 8-0 (included for JORR's benefit), 0.43 ERA, 0.705 WHIP in those starts. Remember Tid Bits? They were great. No, ... wait; I misremembered ... I meant Doo Dads; but I think Tid Bits were part of that snack mix. Nevermind. Forget I mentioned them. |

Doo Dads...Before Chex Mix in bags there was Doo Dads in a box. Nabisco branded at the end before they went away. Grandparents always had some in cupboard. |

It means nothing really, but that's still impressive for where they've been the last few years. Maybe worry more about whether the Saints can get to .500 this year |

spanky wrote: Maybe worry more about whether the Saints can get to .500 this year I don't think they will and I flat out don't care. I've grown tired of Brees & Payton and I've hated Benson for years. No, that's not entirely accurate. I want Brees f-ing gone. Like yesterday. I told you, I'm really getting to the point where I don't enjoy watching the NFL. Seriously. At some point I'll change my avatar to a flower that isn't NFL approved, but that would require effort I don't feel like wasting yet. Until then, I'll just bide my time watching college ball and another ordained Cubbie failure. |

Can you imagine his blood pressure with media coverage of a World Series winning Chicago Cub organization? |

Bobby Jindal has a better chance than the cubbies. But keep going, I'm taking names for punishment to be dished out after game 163. |

But as for what this Sox fan needs to get by during a bad stretch, Cubbie losses & Cubbie fanboys pain will suffice. |
