Home runs were down so much they are changing the baseball in 2015. They are going to the flatter seamed ball used in minor league play. The flatter seams makes the ball travel farther (or further that one's a toughy for me) but it doesn't jump off the bat faster and put the pitcher at risk.

Yeah, and they're moving the fences in at a number of parks like TDAmeritrade.

They had to do that. Sam Travis (have I mentioned he can really hit?) destroyed that ball last year against Oregon St and it only went off the wall. The stadium robbed him of a dramatic game winning home run.

Yeah. Purdue is so smart they spent money on baseball and swimming and diving while the football stadium still has bleachers.

Aren't 90% of college football stadiums using bleachers? Maybe more?

(With that - I'm done defending Purdue for the year).

Farther is more far, further is more forth.

Well, I mean the south end zone, which is in desperate need of an upgrade and has been for a while. It's like the high school football stadium bleachers that you can see under.
