What do they call that kind of thrower? I wonder if his passes get there a fraction of a second before QBs whose passes have a little more air under them. Tagovailoa threw darts--and timing was perfect on most of his throws, which is amazing given his playing time--but I wonder if Georgia's DBs were just not expecting that. Hurts throws a different ball. Just watched several games of his passes.....
Anyway, the split-second probably didn't make a difference--those guys were open and the lefty hit them in stride. Georgia gave them a couple big plays, and that was enough.
