What a day, 0-5.
Northwestern, for the third straight year, you played well in a bowl game and came up short and may have found things today to look forward to next season, nothing to be down about.
Penn State, like somebody put, Florida no offense and today you seen why somebody from Kansas City is coming, need to find a quarterback who doesn't like to throw interceptions, decent effort though and had a chance to win at the end.
Wisconsin, you can say you were playing an undefeated team, but they were from the Mountain West Conference, and the way Wisco was playing at the end, you thought this could be a grind em out win. They ran the ball like they did, hold TCU to 21 points and still lose.
Now to the 2 Michigan schools, Those were 2 of the worst performances all year and because 1 of you maybe getting a new coach. For Michigan State, I thought the name Julio Jones could be big today, but so was Mark Ingram, Marcel Dareus, a team known for running can't protect a quarterback, better go back to the drawing board after this one.
For the other Michigan school, If your a Wolverines player and you wanted to keep Rich Rod, that's not the performance you give, started out good, then went bad in a hurry, if this cost Rodriguez his job, is the guy you end up with Brady Hoke from San Diego State, I can't see Harbaugh coming if has to have Robinson as the quarterback, Harbaugh like more pro formations and not spread.
Not a banner day for the Big 10, if the Buckeyes lose the Sugar Bowl 2-6 in the bowls and you have to wait 365 days to prove to national people that your a big time conference.
It could be worse, what if Nebraska was part of the Big 10 this year, with their showing in the Holiday Bowl.
Just to add, Without Ohio State's win last year in the Rose Bowl, the Big hasn't won it now since the last time Wisconsin was in it in 2000.
