What do you mean by "my people"?
I'm putting up an offer to go to the game at my local Mosque.

How many tix do you guys need?

If I get 4 season tix at $121/per, plus (I can't tell from this order form how much Wrigley tix are - they have 5 tiers) but let's say $100 and I need 5, then I'd be out just about a grand.

So, that's roughly $100 per game for the non-Illini. If you guys take 4 each, then my cost per ticket of Illini is in the $160/per range minus what I can get rid of the other games Michigan State, Central Michigan, and ISU.

I might be interested in doing this.

I'm 95% sure I'm going to pull the trigger on this by Monday.

I'll have 4 tix available - Corner Adult section tickets - for -

Purdue
Iowa
Michigan State
Central Michigan
Illinois State

I'd like to know I have a game or two sold before I commit.

So, I'll say $120/game or best offer for the 4 tickets on the other games. For an extra $43/ticket, I can upgrade the ticket from Corner Adult to Prime Reserved but unless a couple people want that, I'm sticking with the Corner End Zone tickets.

Just let me know in this thread and I'll mark you down.

I'm good for the Iowa ones. If you upgrade, I'm good for the upgrade (assume that's like another 40 bucks on top)

I'm officially a Northwestern season ticket holder.

So, I've got some Corner Adult tix available -

Iowa - Hawkeye Vince
Purdue - waiting on Boilermaker Rick
Michigan St - available
Illinois St. - available

And if you guys want to take my Central Michigan tix for some board outing, let me know. I have 8. 4 Corner and 4 End-Zone.

Also, have 4 extra Wrigley tickets, $100 tier, open to offers.

Dr. Ken. On your season tickets, you'll get one voucher for a free endzone ticket for a non-conference game. If you want, send those to me and I can turn them in with mine to get more CMU tickets.

Also, be aware that non-conference games are very poorly attended. That means even if you buy endzone tickets, you can move easily to a better part of the stadium. And the ushers won't question you... unless you try to sit at the 50 yard line in row 10. ;)

I'll send you the regular tix, too, if you want MUD.

I don't think they'll get used.

Ha ha... my Rivals monniker has been revealed! Was talking to my wife about that game and I'm trying to organize a group of the neighborhood guys to go. Not sure where my parking spot is yet, but I'm pretty sure we're going to be tailgating for that game. So instead of just shaking your hand, I'll be able to provide beers and fattening foods for you too!

I was concerned about the term "neighborhood guys" because normally that would indicate some sort of mob ties or other street toughs. Then I remember this was Northwestern and not Rutgers I was going to and my fears of getting the daylights beat out of me was lessened.

I'll be with at least 3 more people and maybe more so we may end up doing some tailgating on our own but would definitely stop by.

My experience has been generally positive when the Boilermaker fans come to town. My brother was a Boiler, so I have a special place in my heart for the Black & Gold.

Cubs sent an e-mail out today and they are offering all ST holders a chance to register for a lottery drawing for the NU game. Need to register between 9/10 & 9/20 and will be notified if your chosen for the opportunity to but game tickets.

You mean Cubs season ticket holders? The NU guy told me I could buy as many tickets as I needed as an NU season ticket holder.

Yep Cubs ST holders. I think the Cubs control 5K of the seats.

In other news, there will be new beverages served at Wrigley
