Almost a safety

If BGSU had an actual coach, they would have taken a safety and tried an onside kick instead of going for 4th and 40 from the one.

spanky, what is your prediction for NIU game tonight?

Loss

Do you actually think Utah St is better or is NIU not bouncing back after losing the MAC title game

Hangover from the loss combined with facing a badass defense

Are the NIU wr's healthy again or will we be treated to the Matt Williams/Chad Beebe show again?

Not healthy. One is playing though.
NIU is lucky to be in this game right now.

They are pretty damn lucky for that false start.

Everything going wrong and up by 1

I'll take it. Look for the defense to allow Utah st to score in 4-5 plays thanks to this shit defense.

NIU. Terrible Kicker, lousy Defense, bad game from Lynch. He's a terrible passer. Lynch is Tim Tebow.

You know how the head coach can make his skilled kicker (who is obviously having psychological problems) better????
Talk shit about him one more time on national TV. Fucking idiot.

I'm not a fan of Carey's. But I'm less of a fan of the way NIU went about finding their new coach after Doeren left.
When Kill left before the bowl game, NIU took their time, did the proper search and ended up with a coach that kept NIU on the right path and continued to recruit and motivate the players.
This time, NIU was lazy and knee-jerk and took the easy/cheap way out. We deserve what is going to happen over the next couple years. Not this year necessarily, but this hurts for years to come.

The defense played one of their best games of the year tonight. Maybe their best.

Whew.
That PinStripe bowl was a tough watch for most of the game, but like Kellen Winslow, Jr., I'm a soldier. I made it through. :puker:

On to Belk!!!

Teddy blew up a bad Miami team. Have fun playing for the Jaguars or Texans next year.

I kinda smell upset in the BWW bowl coming up.

I didn't know he was playing defense or special teams for the Aggies tonight.

Just seems to me they drop in stock with loss. He is coming back but he was not great 1st half.

Nebraska ahead of Georgia at the half is very surprising.

Sounds like my Hawkeyes are laying an egg offensively today. Their bowl games are usually a good watch.

Rose Bowl was a really good game. Wish more bowl games were like that. Big win for MSU and the Big Ten. My brother was at the game (he went to MSU). I'm sure he was going nuts.
