He was the spark when everybody sucked. Only guy who could make a 3.

Now RJ is the guy. He's good. He might do something.

Like hang on the rim for a T.

That T was bogus and you know it.

I should have stopped watching an hour ago like I'd planned.

There were down 15 with 4 to go against Arizona. Is Deron Williams available?

Inability of them to get the ball to Kofi and him not recognizing where the double team is coming from and then finding the open guy really hurt them today.

I agree. But maybe don't even take that chance simply to do some showboating when you've climbed a mountain to get back into the game.

He wasn't; his momentum would have resulted in him falling if he didn't hang on to the rim.

Another disappointing end to an Illini season. Every season ends in disappointment except 1.

My main regret is Kelvin Sampson is a sleazy asshole.

Fantastic. The World truly is a better place when Illinois loses. I expect the Russia/Ukraine war to wrap up this week

Who you rootin' for in that one Bob? You have a tendency to root against the good guys.

I'll bet Curbelo is playing for Kentucky next year.

All the Illini-haters can celebrate.

This program will fall apart in this offseason and have to start over. Very disappointing.

Kofi will not come back again.

Underwood is probably gone.

Curbelo and potentially Melendez could go to Kentucky.

Damn.

Tune into 890AM for the postgame and player and Underwood press conferences. Just like BigW72 did the other day.

'DWS 1400 AM if you're in Champaign.

They will suck next year.

Kofi, Trent, Plummer, Curbelo, Williams probably all gone.

Do they have any 4/5 star incoming recruits?

That's where Antigua went. He recruited him. He is why Illinois got a Puerto Rican connection with those guys.

If he goes anywhere, it's there. But he won't play for Underwood again.

They do, actually.

But when Underwood goes back to K-State, I'm sure they will all de-commit.

John Groce had a solid year at Akron. You can bring him back.

Missouri just hired a dude with strong Chicago connections, and I have heard they did it quickly to keep him away from Illinois.

Its possible, but I am guessing after watching what a headache he was this year they will pass. They got too many others interested in playing there they dont need that headache.

I always really like Cuonzo Martin. I know his record is just decent but I liked him.

Yeah he is a very likeable guy. The knock on him was he was bad at recruiting.

I'll save everyone time. His thoughts are we should have shot better and we struggled to get into an offensive rhytym. But I'm proud of these guys and I wish things for guys like Frazier and Kofi would have ended better considering how important they've been to the program.

Now you can listen to something else.

I've never seen a team give up so many offensive rebounds and turnovers in one game.

With that sloppiness it's amazing they didnt lose by 30, and in fact were down only 47-45 with a few minutes left.
