Since this is the MAC thread - I'll just talk about the Illinois game here.

What is the deal with the shitty condition of Fresno's field? It looks like the Bears game.

I would guess that Kill is still there a few more years. If he continues to have success he'll eventually get a job but NIU will be better off.

The ironic part about this whole thing is that for family reasons NIU is my favorite MAC school. :lol:

Strange, I always pegged you as an Akron Zips kind of guy.

I wonder if Kill's next step would be better as a coordinator at a top-of-a-conference type of program.

You guys had a great season Spanky. You missed a couple of chances to put us away early and then crazy things started happening like with most championship games. Happy that we are both going bowling.

1-11 to MAC champs is quite the turn around.

I think if you're Northern Illinois fan, you have to ask when you have the ball and about 3 minutes to go, up 1 and Miami has no timeouts, why are passing, you should be running, the drive before you just ran well. You only needed 10 yards and you win and at the very least you take a minute and a half off the clock.
