Florida had the bases loaded with no outs in the bottom of the 9th and couldn't score thanks to two great plays by 2B Scott Wingo the second being a home to first double plays. They're going to extra innings in Omaha.

South Carolina takes the lead on 2 errors by the Gators in the top 11th. 2-1.

Ballgame. Matt Price comes in and slams the door and the Cocks hang on to win 2-1 and have ace Matt Roth on the mound tomorrow night.

South Carolina has now won 15 straight NCAA tournament games and 10 straight College World Series games. Amazing.

I didn't start watching till the 8th inning, but what a great game. I am going to have to miss most of tonight's game also.

That was a great game. I don't know how but South Carolina just keeps winning and winning.

I may have a thing tonight too so I recorded it this morning just in case.

The last few CWS games have been a fantastic watch. Friday's late game was enthralling.

Karsten Whitson is a B-otch. San Diego drafted him 9th overall last year but didn't sign him and ended up with Cory Spangenberg as compensation. I don't like that trade-off.

Michael Roth ain't bad either. I know he's not a power pitcher but I think he should have been drafted before the 31st round.
