Didn't expect to see Oklahoma compete with Alabama.

This is incredible. And they get the ball to start the 2nd.

Also - touching an area near your own nipples counts as a "throat slash" in this game too. Dumbass penalty call.

How can a school like Alabama not have a good kicker? You would think someone would want to kick for them.

There has to be someone on a campus that size who can kick a goddamn FG.

Lou Holtz's voice sounds more ridiculous than ever. I can't imagine someone who sounds like that giving an inspirational speech. Plus, he looks like Dawn Clark Netsch.

They probably don't offer kickers scholarships coming out of high school.

How many schools do? You walk on and get a scholarship.

A lot of smaller schools will offer scholarships to kids good enough to compete at BCS schools to try and keep them from going there. Plus in high school you kick off a block and some kids simply can not adjust.

OU RB really needs to start falling down in bounds.

Is there a reason I shouldn't be at least a little happy that the nauseatingly pre-ordained #1 is getting their collective asses handed to them?

Sheesh. Really thought Bama had a chance to score when they got the ball.

Actually, that TD is better for Bama than it is for OU. A miracle is needed, but if OU doesn't score there, the game is over.

10 sacks allowed all season by Bama and 7 tonight. Wow

The second time the QB has mentioned the Lord Jesus Christ.

One thing is clear: the lord Jesus Christ prefers the Sooners and their QB over the Tide.

edit: dammit, conns.
