Previous record was held by former NIU QB Stacey Robinson when he rushed for 308 yards against a top 25 Fresno State team.

Lynch with 932 yards rushing so far after 7 games.

A&M shit defense bites them in the ass again with Auburn trucking over them all day. SEC upper ranked teams taking a beating.

NIU hung 70 on a ranked Fresno team that day.

With Northwestern losing the Ohio State shit sandwich strength of schedule got an extra helping of shit. Michigan letting IU hang with them doesn't help either. You would have to think many 1 loss teams would get in over them if that ends up being the case when it is bowl selection time.

College football is just a fucking mess. So Utah beats Stanford and then Stanford beats undefeated UCLA. But Utah is getting merked by Zona. Then you had Ole Miss knocking off LSU. Two best teams are Seminoles and Ducks?

Who? Bama? Baylor? SEC appears weak this year.

Bama won 52-0 today.

Ducks are struggling bad with mighty Washington St at home right now.

Oregon will handle State by games end. Bama isn't as unbeatable as people make them out to be. Down year for the SEC.

This maybe the year a non SEC team wins it all.

But Bama is unbeaten to this point, and SEC's down year still makes it the best conference in the land. What conference is better? Tough to list many teams ahead of Bama at this point still.

I'd be happy with that.

I might be tempted to say Oregon. But you're right about SEC. I can say SEC is having a down year but then B10, B12 and P12 are having even worse years.

Stanford has single-handedly proven the last two weeks that the PAC is not as strong I thought.

I just think for Miami to have a chance tonight, if they could get the lead in the 2nd half, I think they could control the clock with their running game and I do believe will be closer than most people think.

Best Thursday night college football games.......ever?

Big Game Bob once again gagged on it, and now Stanford is trying to blow their biggest win of the season.

26-0 Cardinal lead with what 6-7 mins. to go? Ducks simultaneously laughing and crying on the sidelines in disbelief, or apparent delusion. And you just knew it wasn't over.

If Oregon got the ball back with 30 seconds, I firmly believe that they'd have won that game.
