Depends on this racist shit. If that's true and more players come out then, no. Him being a racist is the bigger thing. His players being naked and g.ay will blow over in time. That's no big deal for at least getting another job. It's really only a big deal to the fake woke. And the football community isn't woke. 1. If he's not a racist, I think he'll be an assistant coach in the NFL. Maybe the Bears will throw him a bone next year and let him be linebacker coach. Maybe eventually work up to defensive coordinator in the league somewhere. 2. Some small ass shitty college might offer him a head coaching job in a year or two but Fitz wouldn't want that and won't take it. No big time college will offer him anything. 3. He's got enough money so he doesn't need to do anything he doesn't want to do. And he wants to live in the Chicago suburbs. He's got friends with the Bears so he's hoping for that. |

You disappointed me. The Beardown I've known for 20 years would start a new thread about him getting fired. Be better! |

That's probably correct but it's stunning seeing it in print. I hate being reminded of time gone by. I'm more depressed now. Thanks. |

Quality control would be an insult to him. That's for kids just getting started in coaching. He wouldn't take that. Linebacker coach for sure. Once again, only if he's not a racist. |

Probably SEC. Your players can murder people there as long as you win. |

It's just remarkable. Fitz was loved by all our stupid, white woke media guys 72 hours ago. Cuz they said he was the only guy in college that ran a college program the right way. He was a wholesome, god fearing, family man that all of our white media guys pretend to be. The type Bernstein would want his daughter to marry if he was not Christian - his only flaw in Dan's mind. Had this not been exposed he would have done another 15 years at Northwestern and had a statue erected on campus. Now, after these 72 hours, our white woke media have deemed him evil and racist. What a fall from grace. This will never happen to me. I've always been hated. |

He's 48 years old. He will need to take a few years off, but he'll coach again. |

prolly didn't help that he went 4-20 his last 2 seasons and had not won a game on U.S. soil since October 2021. |

Scheduling quirks and lucky recruitment/transfer portal action might get a MSU or Penn State coming out of the East every now and then. Could see Wisconsin or Purdue or Iowa representing the West under similar circumstances; esp if they get the west coast schools in the midwest later in the season. If nothing else, Wisconsin will bore the UCLA/USC schools into submission with their relentless ground game based offensive schemes. Course, who knows if they are going to realign the divisions with the new schools. Geographically alone Purdue's the most likely candidate to go from West to East, but not by much. Don't think you can put both Rutgers and Northwestern in the same division. Gotta split up the patsies. |

yes he will get a LB coach job and I think he ascends to at least a DC in the NFL. Probably not a HC because of age and current NFL hiring inclinations |

Not only do the two west coast teams enter the picture, Wisconsin is going to get very good, Coach row the boat is creating a very good program in Minnesota, I expect Schiano to turn Rutgers around a second time...the bottom of the league is getting better and the top will be at an all time high |
