Fresno and Nevada will replace Utah and BYU. If the WAC is trying to gaurantee BYU 5 non-conference games, it's going to be pretty difficult considering they'll only have 6 teams. Perhaps BYU stays in the MWC. I wouldn't be surprised to see the MWC move to 12 teams. I'm guessing Houston or UTEP (a rival from the old WAC) probably considers joining.

Wonder what happens to the WAC. Perhaps the WAC decides to expand boldly, puff up some FBS schools, and have 12 teams, east-west division.

The WAC cannot exist without eight teams, per NCAA rules. I have no idea how this is going to play out, but Louisiana Tech probably gets absorbed into the Sun Belt, and the other five teams are SOL.

Check this out... Now this is interesting, a MWC-CUSA merged title game with an auto BCS bid.

Congratulations Big East. You won't be the worst BCS auto-bid conference any more.

I don't see that happening though unless the BCS expands once again.
