The NCAA should use these stripping of titles as a way to make a profit. Reunite the 2nd and 3rd ranked teams from that season, and have them play for the chance to be the real champion. They could make millions off of this. The players who never made the NFL would be thrilled at the chance to collect a paycheck.

 Nothing like seeing fat ass former athletes take the field again for one last shot at glory.

You don't think some guy bagging groceries would pass up a couple grand and the chance to suit up one last time? Alumni would be all over this too.

There would be so many concussions and torn hammys, it would be worth watching.

Perhaps we should also call up the Black Sox and have them play a quick 7-inning game for old times sake?

I just heard this on ESPN, not only with USC, but how about Ohio State being stripped of the 2002 title due to Maurice Clarett.

I don't think it really means anthing when they strip teams of titles, if they wanted to make it a big deal, they would have given the 04 title to Auburn, because Leinart was the main reason USC beat Ou that year, not Bush. I know Tuberville was quoted saying Auburn should national champs, but nobody really going to celeberate it.
