That's the name of Alabama's visiting locker room.
It's named after a booster, their last name is Fail.
Interestingly, ESPN is showing a piece about the naming of the room. It has been shown on Sportscenter and they'll probably show it again this morning on Sportscenter or college Gameday. It's pretty interesting and they interviewed one of my good friends, Rosanna, who is a psychology professor at Alabama about how the name may affect visiting teams.
