Let me first say, I don't think Northwestern deserved to be in the Cap One bowl. And frankly knowing that this is about money, I can't really find fault with the logic of picking Nebraska over Northwestern. And let's be honest, either team will get killed. Nonetheless, I was really pleasantly surprised that the Cap One bowl committee actually wanted Northwestern over Nebraska. Maybe it's the "Napoleon Complex" of Northwestern's fanbase, but its nice to be wanted. But like I said previously, I think Nebraska deserved to go ahead of us despite our better overall record.
