http://www.ncaa.com/interactive-bracket/baseball/d1 Yeah they got screwed by not hosting but at least they sent them to Kansas St. They can definitely win that regional. Illinois gets sent to Vandy regional and open against Georgia Tech. Have fun with that. Notre Dame didn't recieve an at large bid. Not that they deserved one after their late season collapse. Indiana could have it's hands full with Florida in their regional. Miami and Oklahoma St could give Louisville problems. LSU should have a cake walk to the Supers. |

Yeah I noticed that too. Oklahoma and Johnathan Gray got off to a rocky start but they righted the ship and defeated Coastal Carolina 7-3. Ole Mis and Texas A&M are in trouble. |

Illinois hung on to defeat Georgia Tech 6-4. The Illini play Vanderbilt and possible 2014 1-1 pick Tyler Beede tonight at 7:00pm. Indiana scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 9th to defeat Valpraiso 5-4. Louisville had no problem with Bowling Green defeating them 8-3. Bryant stunned Arkansas 4-1. It sets up an elimination game today against Wichita State at 2:00pm. Ryne Stanek will be going for the Hogs. Virginia Tech was the only top seed to lose on Friday. UConn beat the Hokie's 5-1. The SEC had a rough first day going 4-5. |

Valparaiso just eliminated Florida from NCAA baseball tourney. Based on geography and athletic budgets alone, that's an upset. |

Your Hogs won, Hawger. It's ok to come out now. Stanek didn't have his good stuff but he still only gave up 2 hits and 1 run. They play the loser of the Bryant/Kansas St game tomorrow at 2:00pm. This is where all that pitching depth comes in handy. They're not dead yet. |

Vanderbilt beat Illinois 10-4. Illinois plays Georgia Tech today at 2:00pm in an elimination game. Lousville beat Miami 6-4. They will await the winner of the Miami vs Oklahoma St game. Indiana bombed Austin Peay 15-6. Indiana was led by Sam Travis (Providence) who went 2-3 with a HR, 3 walks, 4 runs scored and 3 RBI. That kid can really hit. The SEC went 8-1 on the day. The only loss was Florida who has been eliminated from the Tournament. |

Arkansas plays Kansas St tonight at 7:00pm. Arkansas has to beat Kansas St twice to advace to the Super Regionals. Louisville beat Oklahoma St 12-3 and were the first team to punch their ticket to the Super Regionals. |

That sucks, Hawger. I thought they could win that regional but that first day loss to Bryant was a killer. Oh well. They had a pretty good year and have some guys coming back next year. |

They had a pretty good year and have some guys coming back next year. I didn't think they had a good year and I blame the manager. I know Wise and Fic had disappointing years, but you had a team that had a team ERA of 1.87 and still could not win. Yesterday's loss was a complete blow up, 3 walks and 2 wild pitches (one when they were trying to intentionally walk a guy) let to them scoring the 2 runs to win the game. MERCY!!! They are going to lose Stanek and Suggs, which will suck, but they seem to find pitching. Looking forward to the rest of the World Series though. |

The North Carolina game last night was crazy. Also, have you seen the Vanderbilt batting averages, every player in the line-up is above.300, amazing. |

That was crazy. I went to bed after North Carolina tied it up in the 10th. I figured they were going to win after that. Vandy is a really good team. I'm pissed Louisville has to play them in the Supers. At least one of my teams is going to make it to the CWS but I was hoping for both. That's going to be a fun series. |

Indiana defeated Florida St to win the series and became the first Big 10 team to qualify for the College World Series since Michigan in 1984. South Carolina defeated North Carolina to even the series at one game apiece. The deciding game will be played tomorrow. |
