The BCS games are set, so are all of the local teams. I am really looking forward to most of these games.

I will say that I'm a little surprised that San Jose St is gonna be completely shut out. Fales is a legit NFL prospect, and some worse teams are getting bids, IMO.

If Ohio State wants to be at the Orange Bowl, that should be a good game.

The Gator Bowl went with a rematch and took Nebraksa over Michigan to play Georgia.

Jesse Palmer can tone down the metro burrito shit anytime and I would be fine with it.

Early thoughts, If Alabama wants to be at the Sugar, will take care of Oklahoma handly, like I put if Ohio State wants to be there, a good Orange Bowl.

I like the Big 10's matchups, for the first time in awhile, I think they have a decent record.

I do like Florida State, if there defense can stop Auburn, that could be a blowout.

I saw NIU fans complaining about the Poinsettia Bowl over the Boise Bowl. You couldn't pay me to go to Boise in December but would certainly consider a trip to San Diego, despite it being the day after Xmas.

Bowls I'm looking forward to watching:
FSU vs Auburn (duh)
OK St. vs Mizzou
Clemson vs Buckeyes
Stanford vs Sparty
Wisco vs S. Carolina
Duke vs A&M
'Zona vs BC
Cincinnati vs North Carolina
BYU vs Washington
Fresno St vs. USC

For some reason I feel like this year's slate of bowls is unusually great. Maybe I'm imagining how awful previous years have been. Also, I hate that Oklahoma earned a BCS bid. How many times do we need to see the Sooners shit the bed?

That Jan 1 slate is not very attractive.

I understand ND playing in NYC for the east coast exposure but that is an ugly looking game. They were reported to be going to the Aloha. Doesn't Christmas eve in Hawaii give you plenty of exposure as the only game on with plenty of alums looking to travel to a hot spot?

It will do Rutgers far more good than it will Notre Dame. Too bad Rutgers is terrible so they'll lose.

Game on! One of my favorite times of the year.

The Washington St QB again showing that he seems like a really swell guy.

It was game on last night!!! The Stagg bowl was awesome. Love seeing Mt. Union get their asses handed to them. Total bullshit non PI calls last week gave them the W over North Central.

I don't really follow high school football

The RB from Colorado state is from Plainfield North HS.

That's him.

So, in the NCAA a kicking team can't recover a one-hop on side kick unless the receiving team botches the catch first. That's an actual rule and USC just got burned by it.

The hell is that??

If Pitt's QB is hurt and Bowling Green finally realizes nobody can cover their big ass tight ends, this game will swing in BG's favor big time in the 2nd half.

This game has gotten nasty. I can't believe that guy from BGSU wasn't thrown out for that. He took 4-5 swings  He just has really really bad accuracy.

The game hasn't started yet, but I'd like to take this time to complain about NIU's 1st half play calling and the defense's complete refusal to make adjustment to what Utah St has done so far.

Pitt's RB is a beast right now and has a few years left ahead of him.
Cannot figure out why BGSU refuses to use their TE's.

NIU speedy WR TL Lewis is out for tonight's game.
