I'm somewhat excited, but I'd be more excited if they weren't putting so many early season games on BTN Plus, which is basically "BTN pay us more for games we used to give you for free even though these games are pretty much horrible".

Purdue is going to surprise some people this year!

I think that is a given at the end of the year.

Not quick enough.

Seriously, WTF is he doing? Plus he sent those burrito tweets to a recruit 3 years ago.

He's a strange guy.

He should thank Cody Zeller and Dwayne Wade every day when he wakes up.

After Wisconsin, I'm curious how the league will shake out.

Nebraska is getting a lot of love but I just think they are bound to remember that they are the Cornhuskers and revert to form.

Maui Invitational starts with Purdue vs. Kansas State starting in 20 minutes!

Really excited to see what this Purdue team is. Lots of big reasons for optimism.

Horrible start but then they turned it on and made it a game. I still have high hopes even with a loss to the former Mr. Illini coach.

Seriously? He was an assistant to Keady for like 20 years.

Seriously?

Why don't they ever mention that on the broadcasts?

It turns out that Matt Painter was also an assistant coach for Weber!

Indiana with an embarassing loss to E. Washington.

Michigan State plays a game at ND this year -- this will be a decent road test for the Spartans, as the Irish look to be improved over last year's fiasco of a group. Game sold out instantly.

I might be able to catch the Purdue/Missouri game this afternoon. Is it worth my time?

Yes. Purdue has a lot of young talent and looks to have turned it around even if yesterday was a setback for the first 24 minutes.

Cornhuskers lost to Rhode Island in OT last weekend. Don't know much about Rhode Island's team but
that doesn't sound like a real good loss for what was then a top 25 team.

Looks like the Boilers have something cooking this season (no pun intended). Having a 7'2" player doesn't hurt either.

Indiana losing to Eastern Washington at home has to sting a little. Kirkwood or RFDC have any comment?

I am sure they are happy, one more nail in Crean's coffin.

I am not even sure what to say. I thought Crean was going to do a good job.

Not happened.

I would guess his fate rests in what happens in the big 10 season and if they are able to make the tournament.

Although that buyout is awful big...

Find livescores, results, standings, lineups and match of your favorite teams. You will never miss a game.
