Word on the street is that Sarkisian recently hired chaspopcap as his lead attorney. |

HR VP told me not to ask because if he did have a problem & tells me, we are then obligated to help him and provide counseling, etc... True? |

Back when I worked in a supervisory capacity, the VP of HR told me the same thing. And the company I'm at now got rid of a guy for drinking on the job. They covered all of their bases and got him treatment...and it didn't take. |
