Are any of you guys familiar with this? My son has recently gotten into it in a big way. It's like a PC fighting game from 20 years ago but people use C Programming language to create new characters and stages that you can share and then load onto your game.

He'd like to start programming some of his own characters and I think it would be great for him to learn as a skill (which he thinks would be fun, not realizing that he's learning useful professional skills, PARENTING DECEPTION!!! ).

Is anyone familiar with this? Tips on how to get him started with learning this C Programming language? I figured to start he could just learn to edit the existing characters and go from there. Any resources would be helpful.
