Only 27 different locations? That doesn't seem right, I would have thought there would have been more...

Although Nürburgring 24h FTW!

Was just fun to drive past Safeco. Plus Seattle has glitches and you could drive through a wall and go a million mph.

Was hoping to see a newer New Beetle (for selfish reasons, obviously) but that's a lot of cars... :)

True, but on the other hand you get the SambaBus, so I'd call that a win...

oh snaps. GT5 is more than a game, it's a commitment:

(thank god ps3 doesn't have a 4gb HD model, eh?)

Do you guys have a full setup (wheel and pedals) or are you guys strictly controller types?

I'd sure hate to see the loading times if I didn't do the install.

Reading that some of the slow menu loading times are due to server issues. Servers not ready for an opening day release? Impossible! The bigger question is what the heck does it keep bugging the server for? While I certainly enjoy online functionality it seems like games are going overboard and just connecting for any dumb old reason. Guess I'll play logged out for a day or 2 maybe.

So are there people who still pre-order games? Seems like one of the biggest way to milk more money from the customer. There hasn't been a game that I haven't found in stock on release day in a long time (I'm talking since like the Genesis).

The free DLC is nice bonus. Sure they sit on your deposit and make money off of it, but it's not like I'm making any money on the $5 in my checking account that it comes out of.

Well my thought is they are gaining interest on whatever they get ahead of time ($5 or $10). If it is worth it to you, long live the free market, it just doesn't seem worth it to me; again, long live the free market. I was just curious if people are still doing this with regularity.

In-car driving view for the fucking win! I never played a driving game where I preferred that view to the 3rd person view, but that mode is really addicting. In game leveling system is a nice touch. You can't just buy any car you want anymore, you have to be at the proper driving level first.

Just got done getting silver on the B and A licenses...

Tests with AI who slow down for no reason, causing you to bump into them and DQ:

Overtaking the AI and then getting DQ'd because they bump into you while still trying to take the same line they would if you weren't there:

Getting DQ'd because the AI car hits a cone that flies up in the air and hits yours. :drunken: :drunken: :drunken: :drunken: / :drunken: :drunken: :drunken: :drunken:
