I probably spent more time playing that game than any other video game in my youth. When I was in Brooklyn about a month ago, I found a bar that had an arcade version of this. Beat my wife in a slaughter in 2 innings.

I bought it on PS3. Absolutely fucking terrible.
What they should have done is just re-release the classic version of the game, and update the rosters (and maybe include some legends from each team). Instead, they released a game with some of the most awful controls I have ever used, only half of the current MLB roster, and no way to track your own stats when you play a season.
